The rebellion against the Gods began. Perseus's adopted family caught in between the fight of Hades and the soldiers of Argos, died unfortunately. The surviving soldiers found the then unconscious Perseus and brought him back to Argos. The King and Queen of Argos were preparing a feast for the returning soldiers. Hades yet again appeared and killed the Queen along with some of the other soldiers. He revealed that the Kraken would be released in ten days. In order to save Argos, Princess Andromeda must be sacrificed. Perseus discovered that he was a demigod and not just an ordinary man. Lo, a woman who was cursed with agelessness, advised Perseus that he had only one way to avenge the death of his family: defeat the Kraken. He was sent out with a group of soldiers to seek the Stygian Witches. Along the journey, they encountered Acrisius, giant scorpions and a group of Djins who later helped them to conquer the scorpions. They started traveling again after the disruption, to the Garden of Stygia. The witches told them how to defeat the Kraken after some struggles. What is the method to truly defeat the Kraken? Will Perseus survive the ordeal or will he die in the process just like the witches said?

Clash of the Titans is an epic film of medieval times. My eyes were transfixed at the screen throughout the entire movie. Sam Worthington was cast as Perseus. He was not a charming man as a person but he portrayed the character rightly. Another actor that made me respect him was Ralph Fiennes. He was able to play the role with intensity just like Voldemort in Harry Potter. The surroundings where Perseus and the group traveled to, were sculptured beautifully added with a tinge of loneliness. The creatures were much more hideous, unlike the ones in Percy Jackson. Generally, the verdict of the film would be magnificent.
